Industrial engineer, with focus on continius improvement, planing and production coordinating. In my present job my responsabilities are:

Coordinate staff and production members to process Work orders from the moment the Work 
order arrives until the final product is at the costumer’s door step. Report monthly KPI result to 
the CEO’s of the company. Monitoring and implement projects to improve the actual KPI results.
Responsible of the warehouse and of all the material that goes in and out of the company by 
managing a small team of warehouse operators. Leading and mentor the staff to meet the 
annual results that the company stablishes.

ENGINEER-SUPERVISOR, TC METAL
Start from cero in the transference of the TC Metal plant from L.A. to Tijuana, defining the layout 
of the plant and the process and information flow. Training the operators of the machines for the 
processes involved on this transference project. Act as manufacturing department on our new 
processes. Responsible of keeping the production in check according to the production schedule
and responsible of the personal on the shop floor.
MAY 2017 – MAY 2018
HPS LEADER, HARMAN
Responsible of Keeping and improving the KPI’s of 9 production lines that were equal to one 
business unit, by leading A3 problem solving’s, Kaizen events and training the leaders to do their 
own A3 problem solving’s and Kaizens. Create and manage the 5S’s KPI of the 2 plants, giving 
support to the leaders.
2016– MAY 2017
MANUFACTURE INTERN, INDUSTRIAS ELECTRICAS AG
Asist on the standardization of the production times on various business units and formation of 
the company’s costing matrix. Asist on various projects assigned by management to improve the 
productivity and other KPI’s every trimester.

• Actualy tacking a Black belt course at CETYS universidad starting April 2024
• Finish a Continius improvement course at HARMAN.
