Sobre Julie Froslie :

I am a self-motivated former two-time business owner in search of a career change that would allow me more freedom to relocate to different destinations.  This would fulfil my dream of being able to travel, but still generate an income as well as maintain work/life balance.  I am a cancer serviver and when I was battling cancer, I realized one of my biggest dreams that I had not fulfilled was traveling.  Working remotely allows me that freedom.  

For the past 16 years I have been working as a hairstylist with two years of being a salon owner in addition to maintaining my hair and extension clientele behind the chair.  Prior to being a hairstylist I worked in 5-Star fine dining restaurants where customer service must go beyond the expectations of the customer.  I am highly trained in both of these mentioned professions with problem-solving to provide a flawless experience.  While I was a hairstylist, I attended multiple symposiums and conventions solely based on customer service.  In addition when owned my own ten-chair salon, I researched what would make it stand apart from other salons. It could say this is one of the most successful aspects I achieved.  

Experiencia

My professional experience includes the ability to handle any customer service with the utmost professionalism as well as empathy and understanding so that I may one step ahead in predicting what the customer needs.

My whole careers as a server in fine dining, a hairstylist, and the a salon owner in addition to a hairstylist, was engrossed in customer service.
