Acerca de Karla Alvarez:
Con más de 9 años de experiencia en el campo del marketing, soy una apasionada por crear y comunicar soluciones innovadoras que generen valor para los clientes y las empresas. Mi misión es impulsar el crecimiento y la diferenciación de los productos y servicios de Conekta, una plataforma líder en pagos digitales en México y América Latina. Como Product Marketing Manager, me encargo de definir y ejecutar las estrategias de posicionamiento, lanzamiento, seguimiento y análisis de los productos de Conekta, tanto para el segmento de empresas como para el de pymes. Me motiva trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo, donde puedo aportar mi visión, creatividad y experiencia en marketing digital, analítica y UX.
En mi rol actual, lidero el equipo de marketing de producto, y trabajo en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de producto, comercial, comunicación y soporte. Entre mis principales logros, destaco el desarrollo e implementación de las estrategias de go-to-market para los nuevos productos y socios de Conekta, como OXXO, Tiendanube y Auronix, logrando un incremento significativo en la captación y retención de clientes, así como en la satisfacción y fidelización de los mismos. Asimismo, me encargo de realizar la inteligencia de mercado y el análisis competitivo, para identificar oportunidades y amenazas, y adaptar la propuesta de valor de Conekta a las necesidades y expectativas del mercado. Además, me ocupo de habilitar y capacitar al equipo comercial, mediante la creación de materiales y entrenamientos, y de automatizar y gestionar el flujo de comunicación con los clientes. Por último, genero insights y feedback de los clientes, y los traslado al equipo de producto, para mejorar la experiencia de usuario y el diseño de los productos de Conekta.

Being part of Uber one of the most Innovative companies represents a great proud but a huge challenge, and being on the MX marketing team is not the exception.
Experience & partnerships marketing manager:
As part of my day to day work to spread the Uber magic and experience, I work on several different task: local and national events and brand experiences, local & national driver campaigns, close & work with strategic partnerships.
With a main focus con field marketing for the west area of MX having on my lead 21 cities such as: Guadalajara, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, León, Puerto Vallarta, Morelia, Los Mochis, Tepic, etc.
Experience:
As part of my responsibilities I managed to close national important events, create and experience strategy and execute this one measuring the company and brand ROI, with the goal of generating unforgettable and unique brand experiences , some of the most important events I managed include: Internal events as Uber Expo: Guadalajara, Querétaro, Morelia & San Luis Potosí, external brand experience events: F1 logistics, Corona Capital, Coordenada, FIL GDL, FIG León, FNSM, Maratones, pride events for my cities.
Campaign:
On the campaign side I managed to work alongside with important companies such as: Nissan, Cashi of Walmart, Cultura UDG, Gandhi, on different campaigns or activations; some of this national and local campaigns as Morelia driver acquisition campaign, Nissan driver vehicle solutions, national campaign, Puerto Vallarta & Morelia launching, with the challenge of working with other huge companies.
