• Organise the collection of materials from various countries, mainly in Asia and Europe. 

• Review negotiated rates and/or request quotes for the various services. 

• Track collections and transits. • Notify the Customs Broker of the next arrivals of materials. 

• Assign a code and regime to the pedimento. 

• Review the pedimento proforma and send comments to the Customs Broker. 

• Ensure that the payment of the pedimento is paid on time. 

• Request arrangements for payment of the pedimento. 

• Ensure that the materials are delivered to the factory as soon as they have cleared customs. 

• Complete the Complemento Carta Porte. 

• Create digital and physical records of operations.

• Check material requirements against sales forecasts. 

• Create purchase orders based on demand from domestic and international suppliers.

• Send notifications of a new delivery to the logistics department, so they can collect the material from the supplier. 

• Create and track the file for the critical part numbers according to the production plan. 

• Track the arrivals at the factory.

I graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala with a degree in international business. I completed two student exchanges, in 2015 I studied at the Universidad en Leon in Spain and in 2018 I studied for a semester at the Universidad de Guadalajara in mexico.
