Experience:
Genpact: May 2021 - Current: Handle claims as a bilingual agent for the Chubb
insurance campaign. Provide claimants information about their claims.
E-commerce account manager and marketing: 2016 - Current: My second owned
business using Amazon seller central and Mercado Libre. I do the following
activities: Product enrolling, updating prices and inventory; enrolling items in
promotions, setting coupons and campaigns, creating and setting advertising
campaigns, communication with vendors and setting orders, customer service,
create and manage cases with customer support, using search ads, completing
orders with seller central as requested.
I also use Microsoft excel to create orders, discounts and campaigns and upload it
to Amazon seller central.

Dell/Ntt Data: Feb. 2019: Assists users with VPN issues and apps such as Cerner,
Cisco, Citrix, Adam web, etc., for hospitals in U.S.A. Fix computer issues,
troubleshooting and creating tickets. Working under pressure is a common thing
as a helpdesk agent and provide a positive response for our users.
Tricolor: June 2014- Feb 2016. Helpdesk and insurance representative for a
hispanic car dealership. My obligations with the company were to inform buyers
about how to handle their vehicle insurance in English and Spanish via telephone
and emails, follow the U.S.A laws to prevent fraud, pay mechanic, sell and buy
vehicles to copart, request customers to pay their bills.Also, I began as a
helpdesk agent, providing troubleshooting to buyers about how to fix their car-
computer issues.
Beliveo: August 2013-May 2014: Customer service representative for Comcast.
My job required me to fill up customers information for better promotion, upsell,
explain billing issues and deal with difficult situations such as customers' credit
line.
Hispanic Teleperformance. May-Oct 2011. Worked as a Call service agent for
Priceline's Line of Business selling vacation packages. Attending customer
complaints and guiding them to find the best travel and vacation offers was my
goal.

Customer's call center agent for Bank of America campaign attending the
checking, savings and online banking inquiries from BOFA (Bank of America)
