My name is Leonardo Bonilla, a certified PGA México professional since 2003, with over 30 years of experience leading, operating, and strategically developing high-level golf clubs and courses in Mexico. Most recently, I served as General Director at Paraíso Country Club in Morelos, where I spearheaded a comprehensive restructuring process that achieved:

• Strengthening of the operational team by fostering a culture of service, accountability, and performance. 
• Enhanced member experiences through the implementation of quality standards at every touchpoint. 

My background also includes key positions such as Golf Manager at VIDANTA Nuevo Vallarta and Head Pro at prestigious golf courses like Eldorado, Cabo Real, and Tres Vidas Acapulco—each renowned for world-class service. These roles shaped my commitment to operational excellence and efficient daily management. 

From 2004 to 2006, I served as Corporate Golf Director and Commercial Director at Recro Sports Concepts, S.A. de C.V., a company specializing in the design and commercialization of sports and entertainment projects. There, I contributed to: 

• Developing comprehensive sports facilities, including top-tier golf courses and clubs. 
• Implementing successful commercial strategies that fueled company growth. 
• Building strategic alliances with key industry players, enhancing brand recognition and reputation.
