HITACHI ASTEMO MEXICO BRAKES BU (DEC 2021 – Aug 2023). Automotive industry, Mexico Brakes business units, Machining processes and assembly lines for three plants in Mexico Bajio for Ford, Daimler, Audi, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda.

• Plan and implement designed processes for new launches, engineering changes and plant relocation project for three plants, validating its performance in quality (scrap, FTQ, pokayokes), efficiency/labor and availability, incorporating best practices/ lessons learnt from past projects.
• Execute of 5 projects plus plant relocation (Audi, Ford, Honda, and Subaru) simultaneously, under my team responsibility, launching them according to internal quality standards.
• Lead project/program managers team to assure feasibility and accomplishment of project internal and customer deliverables.

MAGNA EXTERIORS QUERETARO (OCT 2019 – DEC 2021). Automotive industry, with two business units, Plastic injection process and Assembly and high bake painting lines for Ford, FCA, Toyota and Kia.

• Assure on time delivery of all Magna program management system activities through all phases on assigned customers for the industrialization of new programs.
• Monitor and assure financial indicators success of assigned programs.
• Coordinate my multidisciplinary work team for the success of each new program launches and engineering changes assigned.
• Flawless start of production of assigned fascia projects and assure every customer timing/event is accomplished.
• Assure on time delivery quote analysis for customer new requests.

FAURECIA CLEAN MOBILITY (AUG 2014-OCT 2019). Automotive industry, dedicated to manufacture exhaust systems, with the following processes, tube bending, muffler body assembly cells, welding assemblies, stamping, CNC forming for Ford, Audi, BMW, FCA, VW, GM, Kia, Nissan.

• Assure on time delivery of all Faurecia program management system activities of assigned customers for the correct industrialization of new programs.
• Assure financial indicators success of assigned programs.
• Flawless production launch of critical assigned program.
• Coordinate my multidisciplinary work team for the success of each new program launches and engineering changes assigned.
• Successful approvals, financial and launch of hot end and manifold final assemblies. 

Aug 2014- Dec 2018, Manufacturing Engineering and new Programs Manager / Operations Manager.

• Plan, design of process, and execution of 7 projects (Audi, VW, BMW, Kia, Ford, GM) simultaneously, under my team’s responsibility, launching them on time and according to internal quality standards.
• Lead manufacturing process engineering and project leader teams to assure accomplishment of project internal and customer deliverables.
• Assure execution of technical solutions identified in the production processes.
• I accomplished the Faurecia excellence system certification of processes on charge (New program Launches).
• Plan and design adequate processes and its layout for the execution of plant expansion in organized way according to initial project.
