I am a motivated and goal-oriented person for the results who likes to be energetic and direct with my co-workers and superiors. I feel comfortable working on several projects at the same time. I consider myself a creative mind that sees the bigger picture when solving a problem.

I have experience in financial planning and mostly in Treasury matters. I have participated in preparing the annual budget, reporting any deviations, develop key performance indicators related to the KPIs of the company. 

I am the company’s first contact with the banks regarding opening or closing bank accounts with local or foreign banks. Responsible of keeping updated all of the signatories with the banks, paying the payroll, and special checkbooks, investment of surplus cash, and completing any KYC (Know your customer). Manage working capital lines with banks financing vendors or CAPEX projects such as purchasing a corporate fleet of vehicles or heavy machinery.

My experience also includes elaborating and analyzing financial reports like cash flows with different probability scenarios for decision-making purposes. Also, I have done financial analyses for vendors making recommendations to the company regarding their payment schedule according to the financial statements to be able to work with the lowest possible risk.

• Management of several credit lines for factoring and supply chain purposes on behalf of the company liquidity. 
• Responsible for all CAPEX funds used by the company to acquire, upgrade and maintain physical assets such as property, plants, buildings, technology, or equipment of several projects including with ESG purposes and according to the annual budget.
• Consolidate and analyze cash flow results, and trends and report variances comparing monthly results with the annual Budget forecasting weekly and monthly cash receipts and disbursements of the company.
• Responsible for cash management processes such as auto-funding, payments to vendors, payroll, and dividends, including updating signors, opening, or closing bank accounts, and overnight investments of surplus cash. Finally, follow up on the company’s USD 470 mm syndicated loan manage all the KYC processes of the group of lenders and calculate the interest payable by the company. Collaborate with the finance team to meet all the financial requirements so the company does not fail to fulfill the credit loan facility contract.

• Master’s Degree in business administration (MBA) in the University of Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas, United States of America. (Finished on June 30th,2022).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance in University of Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas, United States of America (GPA 3.49 -finished on May 31st, 2014).
• Curse of introduction to the design of Databases (30 hours), Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, (June 16th to July 4th, 2008)
