Throughout these 5 years leading a key department in our supply chain and after having interaction with at least 30 countries, in North and South América, Asia, Europe, Mid-East; I learned the importance of having the right product in terms of quality, at the right place, at the right time, with the right payment terms, after-sales service, and at the right price. We are active actors in unthe supply of raw materials, involved in the contracts to be fixed against futures market, packaging material, production requests, follow-up with the planning department, invoicing, shipping, customs clearance, rules of origin verification, delivery to the customer to their door (Door to Door in LCL and FCL) or through a 3PL supplier, until the mature of the invoice to finally reach collection. -Annually we handle movements of between 15 and 20 million kilos of product, in bulk and detailed packaged coffee.
-Resolution of Verifications of Origin in favor of products imported under the protection of the extinct NAFTA.
-Favorable Resolution of Requirements by the SAT in Temporary Imports (IMMEX & PROSEC Program).
- Application for Various Customs Incentives before the Ministry of Economy.
-Internal Audit in Export clients, resolving differences of approximately 432 thousand USD.
-Active in FDA re-certifications and CBP requirements
