 I worked for Amdocs-Argentina eight months as Wireless Network Planning Consultant doing Ericsson SW, HW and KPI analysis by data collected to suggest and give recommendations of HW reconfiguration to reduce and optimize Ericsson RAN hardware re-utilized in order to save energy and multi technology capacity in cellular sites.

Achievements:

• I analyzed and created the proof of concept report with RAN HW reconfiguration solutions to do site HW optimization and recovery in order to save energy in RBS and reduce OPEX in the wireless operators.

As SA was responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially technical solutions according to the customer specifications and business needs for GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR Technology. I was accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting external suppliers. As RF SE was accountable for performing design optimization and network audits to meet customer requirement.

Achievements:

• I simplified the test approval’s process, improving deadlines, responsabilities matrix and the executing of activities for Telcel customer.
• I identified network elements on next phase out and implemented new RAN products of Ericsson’s portfolio to improve the Telcel’s network performance.
• I participed and coordined the implementation of the first site sustainable for Telcel´s network(Solar energy solution), innoving and reducing the carbon footprint.
• I analyzed, suggested and implemented Ericsson portfolio funcionalities to improve Telcel’s network performance reaching out the customer’s goals.
• I evaluated and suggested to collect measument event data by gps location and implemented features for 3G&4G reducing drive test activities saving money and resources (OPEX).
