Luis Flores

My name is Luis Flores, I studied university and graduated in tourism business administration, after college I graduated with an MBA from the ENEB school in Spain, I consider myself a hard-working and visionary person, with a lot of focus on my personal and working goals, I am passionate about the field of customer service, I have working experience in both my native country Mexico,  in the United States and on the sea for Princess Cruises.

In my opinion, my strengths in customer service are:

·      Excellent treatment of the guest

·      Immediate problem resolution

·      Priority to the complete satisfaction of the guests

·      Supervision that all the areas that make up the company work optimally and in a set for excellent performance

One of my greatest achievements in life has been being able to be part of the Food and Beverage team at Walt Disney World in Florida. In this job, as well as in many others, I have gained a lot of experience that I would be happy to share in the company that gives me the opportunity to be part of it’s team. With experience in working areas from operational to administrative, I feel that I can be part of a team from which to learn and offer my knowledge.
