Responsible for improving customer service across end-to-end SAP Finance processes for LATAM region, through the implementation of continuous improvements, support ticket management, vendor coordination, and SLAs and KPIs monitoring.

  • Shifted business service perception from negative to positive levels by building strong relationships with business representatives and delivering over 150 change requests.
