Soy un Ingeniero de 52 anos, con 30 anos de experiencia en la industria de Monterrey.
I started my professional career in 1991 after graduating from the Engineering school as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer from de Monterrey state University.
Close to 30 years working in the industry in Mexico and a few of them working in the USA. Half of my experience has been in the HVAC&R industry (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrgeration Industry):
I have worked in companies like Hussmann American Refrigeration making commercial refrigerators for Coca Cola, Pespsi, Beers brands, Ice cream stores, convenience stores and supermarkets like Walmart, Carrefour, etc. Also worked with:

-New WSHP (water source heat pump) product: Hydrobank named, last generation for energy savings and standardized control design., support for new product introduction to manufacturing by designing new assembly line and implementing the first roller conveyor line system for high volume production (50 units per shift) in Mexico.

Several transition projects like cryo electrical controllers assy, new copper tube bending lines transferred from USA to Mexico.

In charge for Pump Assembly work cell as MFE, support MHI-Thailand pump qualification process for Low and High Voltage. Major component qualification for high runner product line. This in addition to support final Testing Area and Adsorbers Area.

In charge of Facilities and Maintenance for plant wide by supporting production operations through preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and maintain utilities and infrastructure (buildings) as well as the supporting: security systems, firefighting system and general plant condition.
2008-2009 Sr. Lead Manufacturing and Testing Engineer
In charge for Final Product Mechanical Performance Test, troubleshoot failing products to meet engineering specifications and deliver to final assembly. Qualification of new components for our product like: new Panasonic pump, new Mitsubishi pump, new oil filter, new thermal switches, etc.
MF Engineer for Adsorbers Assembly work cell, responsible to maintain and improve EVACUATION-BAKING processes reflected in the work instructions and quality plans.
Support work cell to be first certified in level III for process certification initiative, and also first one on TPM implementation done.

Responsible for transferring and start up Final Electrical Assembly Line and Compressor Testing Area, deploy engineering documentation to shop floor and implement equipment for testing/final assembly and EOL(end of line) test, all related to manufacture cryogenic compressors, and also implement packaging and prep to ship process.
