Greetings, 

My most recent experience is in the medical field as an appointment setter for a US-based medical office for children, I also was in first contact with the actual office and physicians sending prescriptions, and other documents for approval over the internal system and digital fax.

I also was a teacher for 3 years, I taught English and Spanish, doing my material for classes, such as PowerPoint slides, and research, and constantly developing the material with everything up to date to provide high-quality courses.

As well I was a trainer and trainer supervisor, hybrid for 2 years, I trained over 400 people from Guadalajara and Monterrey, and arranged training sessions weekly; I also coordinated the team with meetings, doing one one-on-one with each trainee to catch up on missing points in training and individual concerns regarding job activities once leaving training. Had to maintain direct contact with HR, IT, and onboarding teams to fulfill the experience of training from the beginning and all their period in the company.

Apointment setter for an US-Based medical office, I had to book appoints for the same day or later one, even 1 year in advance for regular check ups, urgencies, also guide the parents if it was an emergency and where to assist if applied; had to review documents needed for insurance or schools and follow up if the physician signed them or put on the request, followup with the offices as well so parents would go and pick them up.

I got a 4-month course at the University in 2018-2019, that's my last experience, which was good, I was able to develop my knowledge by taking classes, which eventually also helped me with training. 

Learned about the systems, how to prepare the material for classes, and how to adapt depending on the person or group your teaching.

I also developed a small interactive course of “Music with instruments from your imagination and around you”, in which we teach indigenous kids how to create music and enjoy it by doing their improvised instruments with things at home, and how to recognize musical notes on everyday situations. I got an approval note on my evolutive psychology class.
