  • Day to day monitoring of costumer’s data bases, reporting and updating agreements and procedures. (Qualitative analysis and summary of each trial and procedure)
  • Week to week coordination and update over more than 90 trials, (legal, financial trials, process, and projects)
  • Manage and look after timeframes and deadlines on deliverables (responsible to align attorneys and administration workforce to accomplish deadlines to avoid Financial and Legal Impacts)
  • Detailed / deeply tracking and reporting for all accounts of the company. (Build and post general reports overall

business units)

  • Project management assistance and Partnership with IT Developers for New software implementations and changes. (Project coordination for new implementations and risky changes over production systems and applications).

 

  • Coordination with project managers and participates in project planning over technology Projects
  • Schedule Coordination
  • Experience in Service Now Dashboards into updates and building new reports for Change/Incident Management.
  • Support with legal contracts
  • Creation of invoices and purchase orders
