· Provide timely follow-up to freight and insurance requests.

· Negotiate costs with national and international suppliers.

· Provide the sales area with rate proposals for international cargo transportation businesses (sea, air and land).

· Provide recommendations regarding routes or Incoterms.

· Ensure that the proposals include all the requested specifications.

· Remain in contact with the operations area for timely coordination of closed businesses.

· Issue international insurance policies.
