This role supports Account Managers and leadership with recruitment, scheduling, communication, and event logistics to keep GoInspo activations running smoothly. You will help connect talent, clients, and internal teams while upholding our Culture of Excellence.

The Recruitment Coordinator is a full time 1099 role at 40 hours per week. Schedule is Monday Wednesday Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM MDT and Saturday and Sunday eight hours of live event coverage or 9 AM to 5 PM MDT when there are no events.

Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding talent, managing notes in StaffConnect and Monday, assisting outreach, communicating with clients and staff, supporting live events, ensuring training completion, creating simple Canva graphics, organizing photos and videos, drafting LinkedIn ideas, handling receipts and invoices, and keeping drives and boards organized.

Preferred qualifications include recruitment experience, strong communication, reliable internet, and living in Mexico.
