Creation, development and start of operations of a new multilevel company, through the implementation

of a PMO (Project Management Office), considering members and functional areas such as Sales, Marketing,

Operations/Logistics, IT, HR and Customer Service among others.

• A global project budget of 25 million pesos was established and in the planning and execution stages, savings

of 7 million pesos were achieved in negotiations with production and D+I suppliers, reducing

the global investmenT cost to 18 million pesos

• Direct, structure and implement JOY & SENSE as a productive investment project, designing the business model

as well as defining the overall project budget and organizational structure. Develop the service level agreement,

create and manage the internal processes, D&I of the product portfolio and project management.
