Lead and ensure that the team follows up on customer demand, and schedules the release of an MPS that considers forecast requirements, optimum inventory level, as well as all other variables such as available line capacity, manufacturing time, etc.

Create controls and monitor optimal inventory levels, maintain a low cost of excess or obsolete inventory, and optimize transportation costs. 

Drive improvements in relationships with Customers, Suppliers, Carriers, and Forwarders. 

Ensure and supervise that each member of the supply chain areas knows, is trained, has clear instructions, and takes ownership of the fulfillment of their tasks, coaching and assigning a special project that allows them to develop their competencies to grow professionally.

   process escalation giving an appropriate follow-up until being solved, participation in weekly business meetings with top     

   management to present the inventory performance, risk in the supply chain, critical vendors, and possible solutions, participating 

    in the process of S&OP to guarantee the correct supply chain, support for improvement, and projects implementation, keeping
