I hold a University degree in 1997 as an Electronics Engineer specialized in Control and Instrumentation graduated at Instituto Tecnologico de Queretaro and got a certification diploma as a Programmable Logic Controller Basic Level at College Brown in Toronto in 2008, and have one year studies in Administration Bussines at Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro, High School in ITESM campus Culiacan, Sinaloa.  In KIMBERLY CLARK MEXICO I obtain a strong background experience in mechanical, instrumentation and electrical fields. The production control of 4 machines is based on Allen Bradley, ABB, DNA Metso and Siemens systems. I was working as a Maintenance Chief Engineer coordinating activities with Operation, Mechanical and Instrumentations Engineers, one of my priorities was administrate and provide security to all plant and my team: 7 Electrical Supervisors, 5 Mechanical Supervisors, 18 Electrical Engineers and 12 Mechanical Technicians. During my professional development, I was employed by seven companies four companies of the automated manufacturing system in Queretaro: KIMBERLY CLARK, BIOPAPPEL, KOSTAL and EFFEM (MARS) companies. In Kimberly and BIOPAPPEL paper companies the production control is based on ABB, DNA METSO and Allen Bradley systems. Effem company Is a subsidiary of MARS and produces canine/feline food (pedigree and whiskas), and chocolate (M&M and Snickers), the production process is based on Allen Bradley Control. KOSTAL company produces electrical / electronic components for the Automotive assembling Industry. Also I was employed by three companies in Sinaloa: BACHOCO is poultry food company, Culiacan Industries promote packaging machines and Promer company provide maintenance services for boilers of different applications. As a Chief Engineer I was responsible in keep the production process running successfully by supervising and coordinating personal and activities in projects and preventive and corrective Maintenance for equipments and buildings. Also I implemented control strategies and projects achieving the continuous improvement and most important security for my coworkers. I have experience in create, implementing, developing and carrying out the  TPM Total Productive Maintenance based on: Management Cleaning, Create Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Download Records of Equipment life History in SAP and EAM Administration Maintenance Systems, Overall Equipment Effective, Control Spare parts inventory, Projects Implementations in order to increase Security, Quality and production, Identify opportunities of continuous improvements and provide Security based on: Leadership and commitment, Identification, Prevention and Riskment Control, Engineering Administration, Operation Analysis, Training Operations, Accidents Investigations in order to find root cause and provide corrective solutions.
