• Management in the phase to FAT testingof the principal equipment. to ensure mechanical completion and the phases pre –commissioning

        and commissioning.

• Review and ensure all punch lists from FAT test, outstanding work lists & walk-downs are introduced in system used for controlling Them.
• Planning, coordination, management and controlof resources beforeand during the stage of mechanical completion. Coordination of the commissioning and completions, requirements with operations, engineering, construction and all the documentation.
•  Monitoring and assist with population of the Systems Completions Database for all disciplines Supervision and address of the matrix document control by systems and subsystems
•   Coordinate mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and Commissioning as well as the development of the documentation of these phases such as the: procedures and protocols mechanical completion and commissioning, Preparation of mechanical completion dossiers..
• Address of the PSSR before hot commissioning.
• Management of Vendors schedule during Phase of cold commissioning and hot commissioning.
• Management of subcontractors multidiscipline on mechanical completion phase.
