Melissa Abigail Torres Arreola

I am a student of a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, I am seeking a job that will allow me to develop personally and professionally. I am confident that my personal qualities will add great value to any team. I consider myself proactive, organized, responsible, and capable of solving problems creatively.

I began my professional journey at Continental on April 1, 2024, working in the Human Resources department where I have taken on various key responsibilities. I have provided support in labor termination processes, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law, as well as assisting in disciplinary processes and managing the Internal Labor Regulation.

My role also includes offering general support to HRBPs in various initiatives, as well as creating, managing, and administering documents in the SAP system. I am responsible for organizing and maintaining HR-related documentation, as well as contributing to the design and publication of internal communications.

I have actively participated in programs aimed at strengthening organizational culture and have been involved in implementing employee recognition programs and events. Additionally, I assist in conducting exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback, and tracking key metrics such as employee engagement and retention rates. My responsibilities also include coordinating activities that promote transparency and collaboration within the organization.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, where I am in my eighth semester. I have been enrolled since August 2021, attending the evening shift, and have gained a strong foundation in management principles, organizational behavior, and business strategy, while continuously building my knowledge and skills in various areas of administration.
