My name is Mikel Lugo, I’m an economics student at Tecnológico de Monterrey with a keen interest in data science and public education in economics and finance. As of today, I serve as an International Public Finance Intern at Fitch Ratings, contributing to global financial markets. I am also committed to fostering financial literacy among young students as part of the “Enlace Universitario Banxico 2023” program.

In the past, I've honed my skills in a variety of roles, including a Direct Sell Intern at Steelcase, Marketing Director for SALEC, and Research Assistant at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I developed proficiency in data visualization and economic research. As a student and emerging professional, I continually seek growth opportunities that shape me personally and professionally. My overarching goal is to use my education and experiences to promote economic growth, social development, and financial literacy, contributing to a more prosperous and equitable world.
