I have contributed to successful corporate transformations through the balance of communication and change management tools, helping people moving rapidly through changes in their organisations.

I have over 20 years of experience working in consulting firms and in the last decade, directly in large global FMCG companies in Latin America. There, I've successfully led external communication strategies to support the social license of the businesses, as well as the direction of internal communication programs cascading in the different levels of the organization. My most recent role was leading the internal communication team for a operations-focused company in Mexico, and before that, in one of the largest breweries in the world.
