I’m a fully bilingual professional based in Mexico with over 10 years of experience supporting customers remotely across different service industries.
My background includes customer service, professional interpreting, and most recently for the last year and a half working as a virtual assistant for an answering service, where I supported healthcare, legal firms, property management, repair services, and other service-based companies, from major hospitals in the southwest like Banner health and mercy to speacialty medical practices and their patients.
I’m known for delivering high-quality customer care through active listening, accurate note-taking, strong attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication. I type efficiently, maintain excellent grammar and spelling, and adapt to each client’s tone and cultural background. I’m comfortable working independently in remote environments while consistently meeting performance and quality standards.

In addition, I bring a solid background in spa operations and management, where I supported sales,staff scheduling, monthly reports, SOP implementation, and cross-team coordination. This experience strengthened my organizational skills and my ability to balance customer satisfaction with business goals.
