→ Cost Optimization in Thermal and HVAC Components
I specialized in cost estimation and optimization for thermal components such as air conditioning lines and refrigerant tanks. I have led supplier negotiation processes and developed cost models that enable better resource management and greater accuracy in estimates.
✅ Key achievement: Developed estimation tools that improved cost calculation accuracy and streamlined the comparison process between budgets and actual costs.

I have led the implementation of quality systems in multidisciplinary teams, establishing standard processes and cross-audits that optimize knowledge management and improve information flow between departments.
