Assist the Import/Export department developing reports and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency of the
department. First point of contact with purchasing and planning departments on expediting import requirements and
scheduling pickups.
• Responsible for 3PL warehouses, including management, material requirements, inventories, and discrepancies.
• Responsible for V1 transactions with suppliers and warehouses.
Achievements: Created and standardized a new process to request material to 3PL warehouses, reducing double requirements,
inventory discrepancies and blocked material at the receiving dock.
