Ramsés Espinosa

My name is Ramses Espinosa, and I am 22 years old. 

I just finished my fourth semester in Applied Linguistics major at the ENALLT, UNAM. 

I enjoy learning foreign languages, that is why I decided to learn English, in which I have at least a B2 proficiency level, and Japanese, less than N5/A1. 

Regarding languages, my last job was working for a contact center called Teleperformance as a WAHA (Working At Home Agent). It consisted of receiving and answering calls from customers located in the USA, and solving their concerns about their products (Xfinity accounts and services).

Even though I learned a vast amount of vocabulary and improved my language skills, I have always felt a passion for becoming an interpreter instead of being just part of the customer service. 

My last job consisted of working for a contact center called Teleperformance as a WAHA (Working At Home Agent). There, I had to receive and answer calls from customers located in the USA and solve their concerns about their products (Xfinity accounts and services).

Before that, I worked for Cinepolis, in Chalco, Estado de México. My role depended on the day; I could be either working in the kitchen preparing some snacks, at the entrance of the cinema scanning movie tickets, or attending customers' orders and deliver their popcorn, sodas, and any other candies they bought.

Currently, I am studying the Applied Linguistics major at the ENALLT, UNAM.

I just finished my fourth semester.
