Develop and implement the knowledge that I have acquired over 25 years of experience in the maquiladora industry, as Tooling Engineer, Supervisor of Tool Room, Manufacturing Engineer and Leader of area CAD / CAM department

Experiencia

  • Improvement of production processes through modification of the tools.
  • Responsible for maintaining the minimum and maximum consumable department as well as the stock component dies & molds. 
  • Responsible to avoid line stoppages meeting deadlines for tooling damaged.
  • Responsible for the repair of dies & molds with the manufacture of components using SINKER EDM, WEDM and CNC & conventional machinery as lathes, grinder, milling machine.
  • Updating and scanning  planes. 
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance minor of machinery proper of tool shop and coordination of preventive maintenance mayor performed by the manufacturer. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe environment in all activities of the department.
  • Coordinate activities of 45 technicians in 5 shifts at tool shop and floor of stamping and molding area.

Educación

EDUCATION: 

June '05 Universidad Autónoma de Cd. Juárez 

 Industrial and Systems Engineering graduate. 

75% Technical English.

Professional, Honest, Reliable, Self-directed, availability to work under pressure, work with little or no supervision. 

Expertises in AutoCad, CADCAM, WIRE EDM, CNC design and process improvement tools.
