In charge of  Press area of high tonnage (45,60,80,100 and 200 tonnages) steel fasteners.Implement and manage daily production according to daily production plans, compliance in daily goals of Safety,Quality, and Productivity. 

Implementation KAIZEN and SMED  projects. Daily review of activities of scrap reduction to get the goal of the area (1.5%). Maintaining quality standards ISO 9000 and Internal Auditor of ISO/TS 16949.

Coordinate daily  Segment meeting with team of area: Safety, Quality, Planning, Materials. Attending daily Production Meeting with staff to coordinate necessities of Final Assambly area.

In charge of transfer of production lines from Asheville North Carolina: to learn and to implement packing lines, electronic and electrict board production lines. Participate in 5s's practices, continuos improvement and Kaizen Proyects. Implement and follows key metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Responsible for Selection, Recruitment and Training of: 2 Production Supervisors, 4 group Leaders and 60 production operators. Working with Ethics and Leadership to achieve the objectives of the Company.

In charge  of Molding Area to lunch to new product as Printing promo Lanyards for diferents custumers, recluting  and triainning supervisors , group leaders and productions  operators for the new products. In charge to daily production an daily shipping.  In charge of 60 operators, 4 group leaders and supporting  2 supervisors

MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR SR. (Production Supervisor III) MEDICAL INDUSTRIES                                       ETHICON ENDO SURGERY/ ETHICON INC

Projects participation:JJPS (Jonhson and Jonhson Production System) Fase IV, closing 4 projects: time six months.Floyd production Line New Launch.Rreduce cost CIP in PSX and MD line. Close two Kaizen projects  that impact in both bussines unit (Bform and Skin).

Support for seven manufacturing lines with 80 associates on it. Lead manufacturing activities: PET (TIERs) meeting, coordinating support departments: QA, Enginieering, maintenance. Supervises data entry on required systems, such as JD Edwards Enterpriceone, Kronos,

Ensuring the established metrics (Quality, Lean, Scrap, OEE, ATMPS, Pipeline and Downtime). Daily scheduling of production plan according with the area necessities.Responsible for supporting the investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve operating  performance and to comply with requirements of the Quality system such as NCR. Responsible for ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
