I began my call center journey with Arvato de México working with the Microsoft pre-sales and licensing campaign. After about a year and a half it transitioned into a sales campaign for Office 365. This then sprouted a great variety of other SAAS (software as a service) LOBs (lines of business), which we piloted and successfully launched.

After leaving Arvato I then worked for Teleperformance as a tech support agent for Hughes Net. After this I worked for Centrist in the ParkMobile campaign. 

Highschool education with quite a number of credited college hours working towards an associate's in Business Administration.
