• Resolved process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3,) • implemented improvement actions to increase OEE. • Standardized and documented manufacturing processes, including standard work sheet, control plans, process parameter, inspection plans, and workstation and layout design. • Collaborated with suppliers to evaluate and implement process improvements. • Qualify, validate and stabilize processes like Powder Coating, Plating, Buffing, and Satin.

•Led the development and approval of new colors for co-extruded sheets in the automotive sector. •Planned and oversaw the production of master batches and compounds. •Provided technical assistance to customers and production teams on optical properties (brightness, color, haze, opacity). •Managed color master control and supported SAP implementation projects. •Coordinated the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with design, safety, and quality specifications. •Evaluated and selected suppliers for raw materials, including resins, additives, and master batches (TPO, PMMA, ABS, TPU, PC, PS, PE). •Conducted testing and validation processes (PPAP) to ensure product quality.

Managed a polymer and additive testing laboratory, conducting tests such asTGA, DSC, Melt Index, VICAT, impact, hardness, tensile strength, FTIR/RAMAN,andspectro-colorimetry. •Developed product formulas for CPVC and PVC resins to enhance performance and cost-efficiency for extrusion and injection molding applications. •Schedule calibrations and maintenance of equipment. •Participate intechnical seminars and exhibitions for the dissemination of products •Technical visits to Client’s facilities.
