Acerca de Robinson Garcia:

My main work experience is the repair, maintenance, diagnosis and assembly of computers, in addition to face-to-face and remote technical support, my english skills are around 90%. My first job was in a computer workshop, after that I worked 1 year at "UMMOTECH" as a telephone agent for sales and support, additionally I was part of the on-site IT team for other companies that required support. One of my previous jobs was in Sutherland as a GoDaddy Support / Sales / Customer Service agent for the Spanish market, however, English was essential to use the system and for escalating situations to the corresponding departments. I also worked at Best Buy in the Geek Squad repair area, I performed diagnosis, repair, configuration, and warranty services as a certified technician for Dell and HP’s computer equipment, provided technical advice for customers and I had been qualified to use Dell, HP and Samsung Authorized Service Center's platforms. In addition I have experience in configuration and diagnosis of emails, networks and servers.
Lastly I worked at GE’s new service desk assisting employees in english and spanish.

Educación

In mid school I completed the three levels of a mini-robotics course provided by Tecnológico de Monterrey.
I am a DELL’s certified technician for laptop and desktop computers.
