As a brief description, I was developing the Sourcing Mexico Side within the last 25 years developing Latin-American Suppliers focusing on productivity, supply chain, deliveries, payment terms, contracting, risk analysis, capacity constraints, material management solutions as a sequencing, Kanban/VMI/JIT with strategies and optimal solutions on the region for Best Cost Country (BCC) and Low Cost Country (LCC) initiatives for best Total Landed Cost (TLC) and working with several kind of commodities including sheet metal, stampings, wire forming, springs, plastics, high pressure aluminum die castings, iron castings, zinc castings, machining, spinning, wire forming, springs, EMS providers, cables, power cords, wire harnesses, lead wire, magnet wire, packaging, fasteners, glass, e-coat, powder painting, special coatings an raw material as HR & CR steel, galvanized, galvanneal, staintes steel, aluminum, copper, bronze, etc for companies like ABB, Emerson and Trane/Ingersoll Rand is almost all the regions in the world like Northamerica, Europe, Asia and Southamerica, including Brazil specially in the Metal fabrication and assemblies in the HVAC side for the last 8 years and other unique commodities Also, I was on charge to transfer a whole manufacturing facility from Nebraska (USA) to Monterrey, including the construction project for over 220,000 sq.ft. Manufacturing plant and the initial needs to relocate and localize the commodities in the region In Monterrey, I had negotiating the Steel Program Plan with Ternium for about 30 to 50 thousand tons a year with different materials including Carbon steel, Galvanized steel, Prepainted Galvanized steel and others including the Service Center portion as well. Also develop the need for the preprinted material required for the local consumption for my Mexican plants Also I have being developing the sourcing strategy and the regionalization of the supply base for the new acquisition in Sao Paulo, Brazil and I have experience working with USA, Asian and European suppliers as well The last couple of years I have being working in the developing of the local area for new business, marketing and strategic accounts on the metal mechanic fabrication market with up to 120 potential Customers as a Global Companies like Emerson, Schneider, CommScope, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Carrier, Ingersoll Rand, Trane, Nidec, Jaibil, ABB, Steris, Lennox, Trinity, Werner Co. etc. and additionally I have more than 25 years working on the Sourcing side along additionally 10+ years on the Project Management/Team Leader and the NPDAs
