• Formulate process capacity (machine and manpower capacity) evaluation based on company monthly production forecast from mother company NEDEC KOREA versus standard capacity formulation.
• CNC Machine evaluation FANUC ROBODRILL coordinates with the Service Engineer for the undertaking of preventive maintenance and major repairs on production machines and equipment.
• Presides over regular meetings at the start of the shift for a review of previous production performance, relay of instructions for the day, problem-solving, and generation of process improvement suggestions.
