• > Extensive knowledge of the production process, line clearances, daily evaluation of compliance with 5's, tooling and EPP requirements to ensure quality and safety to carry out operations.
• > In line support with group management, for line issues for continuous line flow.
• > Hour-by-hour monitoring for daily assurance of compliance with the production plan, following the standard time.
• > Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as 5's, poka yoke, standard work, kaizen, andon, TPM.
• > Identification of the need for tools to perform daily functions of the operation considering EPP.
• > Understanding of the use of procedures and visual aids to ensure product quality.
