Actualmente me encuentro en búsqueda de nuevos retos y crecimiento profesional, me he desempeñado como administrador de data center regional, coordinador de equipos de Desk site support, workplace, infraestructura y soporte de videoconferencias, como parte de estas actividades he interactuado con equipos locales, regionales y globales, por lo que la comunicación eficiente es muy importante en mis actividades diarias.

Adicional, he colaborado en distintas implementaciones locales y regionales con los equipos de D&D, en la región se han implementado distintas iniciativas de mejora que posteriormente se han implementado de manera global.

Coordinate support activities for the Latin American region, for incidents and infrastructure requirements, work with global, regional and local teams, as well as the coordination of the on-site support team, for Mexico.

Monitoring of critical incidents for the region and ensuring escalation with global teams, participate on MIM calls.

Administration of external suppliers for maintenance and support of the infrastructure for Mexico, as well as the administration, renovation and monitoring of contracts and purchase orders required.

Coordination and execution of scheduled and emergency maintenance for the data centers of the different locations in Mexico, as well as validation and approval of the maintenance of the Latin American sites.

Coordination and execution of continuity plans, to ensure the integrity of the main data center in Latin America, during scheduled and emergency power outages.

Participation in projects with the Latin American D&D team, such as data center migration, database updating and server operating system critical for the operation.
