I worked as a recruiter for two years with the company Titan Staffing Systems.Within this position I was responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, to conduct an interview, either in Spanish or English to find out if they met the basic requirements to apply for job positions and if so, schedule an interview. In addition, I answered calls from companies interested in working with us for the recruitment of their work personnel.
