Hi, my name is Sasha Aramburu, I’am currently a Human Resources Manager for a little over three years in a supply chain group during my stay here I have learned a lot since it is a complicated sector dealing with truck operators and warehouse staff at the same time is quite a challenge because the company is a relatively young place, it is 20 years old and it grew organically, so there are still many processes to be established to have the order that is required and that is why I have obtained a very enriching experience that perhaps cannot be acquired in other places.   

Before that, I was an Engagement Specialist at XPO Logistics for 2 years, which was also a very good experience, as the company is pretty well established in their processes and that gives you the freedom to be able to create a lot of things and focus your time on improve what already exists and thus create a better experience for the collaborator to be part of a company like that.

My strengths range from solving labor problems as well as the necessary empathy to face the different situations that arise in the HR environment and to be able to create specific solutions for those needs.
