Contact Automation. - Call center Customer service – Home Office Georgia USA December 2021 – March 2022 Bilingual Agent for CA Home office. Here I started answering calls for 4 different companies assisting the customers and sending their requests to the right department, giving all kinds of information regarding their accounts, helping them with their payments, escalating calls depending on their situation, and creating tickets to help them to get better attention. Because of my development, I gained the confidence of my supervisor 3 months later I was taking more than 20 companies.
