Change Management Consultant. I have solved problems related to all phases of Change Management, both at the planning and execution levels. Although I use the LaMarsh certification (Managed Change model) as a base, I also incorporate useful techniques from other methodologies, always taking into account the "Change Profile" presented by each client. Since 2004 and to date I have learned to design clear paths to achieve results in HR, Coaching and Change Management. From 2015 I started to provide consulting services. My clients: Technology Consultancies, HR Consultancies, Non-Profit Organizations, etc.

I successfully covered a maternity leave. I followed up on the area's pending issues and proposed preventive actions in the area.


Training Manager at LOEFFLER-RUSSEK (March 2016 - October 2016)
Customer loyalty in intermediary companies in the pharmaceutical sector is a major problem. I solved it by providing soft skills courses, conferences and workshops (Guadalajara, Puebla, Mexico City).

The company needed to provide training courses and report them to the STPS. The company was expanding, the area was new. I managed to introduce the methodology of Competency Management and competency-based training. In addition, I set the foundations for the Organizational Development area.
