(Oct 2019 – at moment) Position: Human Resources Coordinator Facilitating human resources processes with the diferent areas, Coordinate employee pay comunication with the payroll Coordinator, Conduct and supervise training programs for employees. Coordinate the recruitment and selection process of personnel. Assist supervisors in performance managemnt procedures. Have a good relation with the workers unión. Achievements: Change the way of working for the HR Area manually to digital, implementing a digital plataform where employee and supervisors registers their requests and payroll incidents.

Achievements: Prepared various payroll reports which are incorporated in the monthly financial reports, Coordinated with Human Resources coordinator for any changes in the basic rate of an employee. 

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, S.L.P Mexico Plant (Jan 2018 – Sep 2018) Position: Expat Payroll Specialist Elaboration, calculation and dispersion of payroll expat employees, applying advanced knowledge of all migratory policies and payment policies. Register adjustments of previous payment periods or retroactive adjustments. Preparation of compensation calculations and letters of assignment, process of expatriation and impatriation of foreigners. Achievements: Develop and implement the strategy and compensation system for expatriate staff, including tabulators. Ensure the correct implementation of the expatriate program standardizing the policy according to corporate guidelines and comply with local laws. 

Martinrea Internacional de México SA de CV (Jun, 2016 – Dec 2017) Position: Payroll Coordinator Payroll preparation and calculation, Settlement calculation, ISR calculation, Provisional Payments, Social security movements, SUA, IDSE, Work risk formats, Incidents control, Accounting analysis, Forecasting, Accounting registries by system TRESS, have a very good relationship with the workers' union. Achievements: Participate in the implementation of the TRESS payroll system in San Luis Potosí plant; propose in the different areas how to deliver the information of the personnel for payment, under the policies and procedures established by the corporative.
