Head guest coordinator and relations for the Gallery Weekend Art Salon in Mexico City. Contacting top clientelle via personalised invites and organisation between galleries, press, sponsors and my team. Front of Line staff in a commercial shop and tourist information centre for a popular ski resort. Daily use of a computer system to book and prepare equipment rental, learning packages, programmes, group and private lessons and bus transport. Alongside booking, selling apparel and products such as MonsRoyale and Go Pro and extensive retail knowledge was required. Delivering customer service for alternative tourism in Queenstown and booking partnered tours and activities (such as bungee jumping and jet boats.)
