  • Preparation of an export plan where market analysis techniques, consumer trends, data analysis, product development and export route were applied, which resulted in becoming the winning team of the business school competition challenge.

  • Consulting practice for the implementation of an ERP system for the company ASSA, resulted in the implementation of a digital transformation with the use of Odoo technology to reduce polyurethane foam manufacturing time by 20%, while mantaining on budget.
