What You'll Do As a Finance Manager - AS Finance you will be in a high exposure role supporting the GSP services business, providing strategic business support while setting expectations and driving greater accountability. Plays a critical role in leading the expansion of Revenue Growth Management as a core pillar for the future development of the Mexico Business Unit through an appropriate balance of locally developed and global best practice commercial capabilities, tools and processes. Critical to driving the evolved RGM strategy that will enable the Mexico Business Unit to make the transition towards increased value generation optimizing Systems Revenues while ensuring KO Total NARTD portfolio competitiveness. Design, develop and implement the national RGM strategy including overall Pricing Strategy, NARTD Category and Brand Pricing Strategy, Rules Of Engagement Parameters, Segmented Pricing and Execution Strategy and OBPPC architectures. Monitor progress in key markets to assess effectiveness of on-going strategies and detect white spaces and new opportunities to strengthen our business Key Duties/Responsibilities:  Drives processes to assess environmental-consumer-shopper-retailer data, trends and insight to map revenue growth opportunities from occasions, categories and purchase location and develop transformational Pricing and OBPPC solutions in all Bottlers in Mexico Franchise Unit. Develops detailed Opportunity Maps and appropriate pricing segmentation strategies that allow the system to capture additional revenues, both absolute and per unit case. Instills Premiumization as a Revenue Maximizing capability that captures untapped opportunities/niches that allow for additional revenues per unit case. Defines a strategy that maximizes system NARTD revenues while protecting overall competitiveness, defining appropriate roles by channel, category and brand. Assesses and proposes OBPPC cluster architecture that ensures system sustainable competitive set, value capturing from shopper purchases, incremental volume and revenues, and growing shares of volume and shares of revenue.  Monitor progress in key markets using metrics to assess effectiveness of on-going strategies relative to desired business results. Develop and monitor effective scorecards of RGM capabilities and implementation impact, Bottler health indicators, and business drivers to track progress. Defines and develops processes and frameworks to drive continuous performance improvement based on common RGM system metrics, developing and monitoring execution, capabilities and business scorecards that will provide means to benchmark execution across different markets, creating tension between current state of capabilities and needed state going forward. Leads RGM routines with Commercial Areas and participates in routine extension to Bottlers to share performance and opportunities.   Leads the development and implementation of methodologies and tools for joint KO/Bottler assessments to identify gaps and develop action plans, facilitating those assessments in conjunction with Operations Managers, as well as supporting the local implementations with Bottlers. Supports Business Specific projects lead by Operations (SSDs, Single Serve, and New Bevs) & Marketing Teams in the enhancement / definition of OBPPC architectures. Coordinates RGM Bottler Capability assessment and support CCRM strategies to expand segmentation capabilities across all bottlers in the region. Strengthen and deepen C&CL capabilities expansion seeking, learning and sharing worldwide best practices. Engages in projects with Bottlers to transform Commercial / Execution / Service Capabilities. Actively participate in FU Business Planning process aligned with BU strategy, actively contributing with strategic thinking, value creating strategies and actively influencing in decision making process. Document best practices and experiences in order to share with Mexico Bottlers & RGM Network. Technical Skills: Highly qualified on influence and negotiation skills. Strong ability to Analyze, Synthesize and to Relate trends, behaviors and a wide range of data and variables. Confident in using statistics and financial information jointly with intuition and judgment. Capable of coordinating several people and projects at the same time. Ability to analyze situations from different perspectives, assessing impact on each part of the chain. Able to gather data from multiple sources, analyze it, and portray its strategic implications.
