Job Overview The ITAL Senior Manager oversees the Recruitment and Selection department operations of cities according to Organizational Business Model (OBM) to ensure the success and achievement of internal department's metrics as well as keeping internal and external client's satisfaction regarding the Recruitment and Selection process. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Ensure the achievement of all Recruitment & Selection (R&S) department key performance indicators such as but not limited to: Fill- in Rate (FIR), Cost-per-hired (CPH), New Hire Productivity (NHP), Sourcing, Recruitment E-Sat and Recruitment Quality. Report R&S department results to R&S department Director. Collect information and advise on change management initiatives and enhancements to existing R&S programs. Supervise execution of BEST R&S programs. Negotiate with the department of Planning and WFM to determine hiring capacity and seasonality. Propose and supervise yearly R&S dept. country or cities' budget. Supervise the efficiency of the R&S dept. process, staff ratio and recruitment expenses. Participate in the weekly R&S dept. Regional Management call with R&S dept. Director and other R&S dept. Senior Manager, Country/Market R&S dept. Managers. Participate in the weekly performance one on one with R&S dept. Director. Lead the weekly R&S dept. local country management call with R&S dept. Managers. Lead weekly performance one on one with R&S dept. Managers. Report monthly results report to R&S dept. Director. Coordinate approved compensation delivery according to R&S dept. performance model for R&S dept. Managers, coordinators, specialists, telerecruiters, and analysts. Perform the agent salary portion of the pricing process for potential clients. Analyze monthly Business Intelligence report prepared by R&S dept. Marketing and supervise improvement actions based on it. Participate in the monthly R&S dept. results meeting and supervise the needed improvement actions. Advise on new R&S systems Achieve BEST R&S process certification. Experience Desired previous experience in Managerial positions, and / or high volume Recruitment & Selection. 1 year experience in Recruitment and Marketing with knowledge in the following: Brand Management Retail Marketing Digital Marketing Trade Marketing Education University studies in Marketing, Human Resources and alike.
