IS LOOKING FOR A COMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER**
SENIORITY LEVEL:Managerial

FUNCTION:
Finance

LOCATION:
Monterrey

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the Commercial Finance Department.

This role is part of the finance department, and is responsible for Business Partnering, budget control and P&L management.***
Reports to:Area Revenue Capture Manager.

Reporting Level:
Managerial.

Geographic Scope:
Mexico and Lancar.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Lead New Categories Finance team through the Route to Profitability agenda.
Build Business Cases to expand current New Categories footprint across Lancar.
Liaise with Brands and End Markets to build towards our 2025 SLA for new categories.
Support End Markets delivering their Profit targets.
Work as End Market for the Mex operation in delivering the targets.
Drive financial strategy for current year and the next.
Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner.
Reporting Financial Statements.
Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team.
Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree in: Economy, International Finance, Accounting or similar.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, BI reporting
Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
Team leadership experience with multifunctional stakeholder management.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance.
Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines as a team.
Multitasks; good in data mining and consolidating large amount of data; proactive
Proactive and willing to continuous development
Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas
Be driven and ambitious
