We are looking to appoint an experienced coordinator/supervisor for our English Academic department in the Anglocentro Satélite, Edoméx.

Requirements_
BA or Master's in English Teaching, Applied Linguistics, Languages or Foreign Languages.
C2 English level with one of these certificates: CAE Grade A, CPE, in service IELTS band 8.

Experience_ 5 years of ELT
Teacher Training and counseling
Supervision and coordination in language schools
Management and supervision of academic personnel
Class observation
Classroom management
Customer service for students and families
Responsibilities_
Oversee students' attendace and performance
Customer service: students, parents and personnel, both onsite and online.
Provide technical support
Manage and analyze reports
Observe teachers' classes to provide support to develop their ELT performance.
Assure a high quality service.
Considerations_
In person vacancy
Full time position with mixed schedules, 8 working hours Mon
Sat distributed in the operational schedules: 7 am 4 pm / 11 am 8 pm
