Job summary
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Materials team in Tijuana.This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless order execution and an exceptional customer experience.
,Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support (manufacturing environment preferred)
- English proficiency (90%)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) and willingness to learn systems such as Salesforce and MRP platforms
