About the Job

Qualifications

  • Proven engineering background with an ability to understand the technical attributes of the EV automotive components
  • Great communication skills used to convey the customer's requirement to the manufacturing team
  • An ability to Interface with the customer's design or procurement team to discuss the specification requirements and any manufacturing issues of the EV products
  • Previous experience conveying customer's concerns to manufacturing teams
  • Experience quickly resolving issues related to customer concerns and manufacturing bottlenecks
  • Previous experience working directly with an OEM or a Tier 1 Automotive supplier
  • Indepth knowledge of the EV industry
  • Five or more years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager in the automotive industry
  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field i.e. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Prioritize multiple projects across all departments and systems and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Proven New Business Development experience at a Tier 1 supplier
