About the Job

Qualifications

Proven engineering background with an ability to understand the technical attributes of the EV automotive components
Great communication skills used to convey the customer's requirement to the manufacturing team
An ability to Interface with the customer's design or procurement team to discuss the specification requirements and any manufacturing issues of the EV products
Previous experience conveying customer's concerns to manufacturing teams
Experience quickly resolving issues related to customer concerns and manufacturing bottlenecks
Previous experience working directly with an OEM or a Tier 1 Automotive supplier
Indepth knowledge of the EV industry
Five or more years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager in the automotive industry
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field i.e. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Prioritize multiple projects across all departments and systems and provide status updates to stakeholders
Proven New Business Development experience at a Tier 1 supplier
